I keep calling TT and the automated system asks me to spell my email account. Every time I do they hear my first letter "E" as "H". I had a friend call and spell my email with the same result. I got an online voice program to spell it out and that did not work either. So, I can not get past that to a live person.

To confirm, are you calling (800) 446-8848? Also, does pressing 0 allow you skip through the automated system?

Thank you Heather. Yes I am using that 800 number, and no pressing "0" does not connect me to an operator. Perhaps it is because I am out of the country and am using another phone number than the one TT has me registered with, although I still receive text messages from TT on the registered number .
Ah, thank you for confirming. Yes, you would need to use the phone number that TT has registered to get through. The international number will not work.

O.K., but even if the phone does not work they then ask for my registered email. That should still work even if I am out of the country. But it does not.
