I have purchased Audit defense for 2025, and have a receipt of this purchase. The IRS issued a CP105 that says I owe more money. It is wrong, and I called TurboTax 6 times, and each time they tell me that someone will call me in 1 business day. They do call, but it goes straight to voice mail. I called turbotax back, explained the issue, and they tell me someone will call in one business day. Most of the time the representative says they can't do anything -- other that what they did . I asked for someone's email address to send documents too or a direct phone number that is NOT just a representative taking a message. They can't give me any of this information. I did get a generic form email that said to call the number and replied to that email, but it is just bounced back as undeliverable. I feel that took my money and will never help me and need to get thru to some supervisor or someone that can fix this problem. Any suggestions is appreciated
