Au Pair how do I fill out taxes

I was an au pair in America for 2 years. I have previously completed tax forms via Sprintax but they will not let me use there site saying that I count as a resident now and sent me here. However, I don’t know what options to be selecting when it comes to the questions asked. I don’t have documents that you are asking for such as a W-2 because I was an au pair on a j-1 visa and was never given any. I’m also no longer in America and haven’t been for 6 months and so seem to be unable to contact anyone for help and can’t even download the app.

To clarify, did you earn income for the first six-months of 2023 as a domestic household employee? When you say download the app, are you trying to do this on your phone? Do you have access to a personal computer?
