What are you trying to do? What tax year are you trying to prepare? Where is it asking you about 2020?
This is a guess. If you are preparing a 2021 return and it is asking for your 2020 AGI, you do not need it. You only needed that to e-file 2021 and it is too late to e-file 2021. The only way to file 2021 is by mail, so you will need to select that you will print and file by mail in the FILE section.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
Are you using the Desktop installed program to do a prior year return? Which year? If you are in the Online version it is only good for a 2023 return. If it is asking for your last AGI that would be the 2022 AGI which would be 0 if you didn't file 2022.
