As long as your health insurance was not provided through the Marketplace then you will receive a 1095-B or 1095-C, you won't have to enter the information, just keep the form for your records. I am including an FAQ that has additional information about health insurance coverage. Be sure to look at the related links at the bottom. However, you would just need to select that your insurance was provided by your employer.
