W-2 has the wrong state listed, and I can't get it changed before April 15. What should I do?

My whole life I've lived in Arizona, it's where I'm registered to vote and I've an AZ driver's license. I've never been to Oregon, much less lived there. I arrived at a military academy last year, and my W-2 Box 15 says Oregon. 

I went to the cadet pay office, where they said it can't be fixed until the end of the month. Someone with no qualifications to give tax advice suggested I just file as a resident of Oregon, but TurboTax won't let me.

make any payment, your request is automatically granted.
You should estimate conservatively and pay your tax due, if any, with the request.

Tell payroll office to correct your W-2.
