Why can I not pay with my refund? The cost is 59.99 and my return is more than that.

Are you e-filing your return? You cannot use the Refund processing service if you are mailing in a return.  Also, see the FAQ for more information

Also, there is an additional charge of $39.99 for the refund processing service.  That would be on top of the $59.99
