Purchased a rental home in 2014 and sold it in 2020 house in Arizona. Have questions on furniture

not claimed in 2014 for depreciation on yearly forms, Confused instructions say take selling price

and add furniture washer dryer am I doing this right? Also was wandering if I continue on my own could

I just have a CPA check it out. How much do you charge for this service?
