Applying 2017 federal refund to 2018 Extimated tax

How do I change how to receive my refund from getting a check to applying the refund to my 2018 taxes. The help section told me to go to the file tab, and next to step 2 refund info, ckick revist. I don't see a step 2 refund info.  Can I just change it on the forms to applying the amount to 2018 estimated taxes before printing the forms? I have not filed yet.

Federal Taxes Tab or Personal (Home & Business)

Additional Tax Payments

Apply Refund to Next Year - Click the Start or Update button
