Apply corestream discount

hi! how do I get my corestream discount to apply? the corestream support team states the discount not working is on turbotax but I called turbo tax and they said they cannot apply the discount. we seem to be at an impass. anyone else having this issue? I click the link and it shows the discount on the turbotax front of site but after I sign in its gone.

this does not help. the link is not working. I click the link from the discount provider, it shows the discounts on the turbo tax front of site but the moment I sign in to my account the discount vanishes.
