Apparently, including form 8936 info (for used EV tax credit) delayed the processing of my tax return. Does anyone know why this happens or how long this delay takes?

All qualifications (e.g., the vehicle, my income) are met, and I had the dealer apply the tax credit at the point of sale, which reduced the purchase price by $4000.
