For a second year in a row I'm having issues with the postal service. Sent a return in a flat envelope by certified mail, it's now a full week and the tracking status has not moved since I dropped it off. No scans at any hubs, nothing. Can't get any straight answers, nobody who works for the postal service seems to have any idea what's going on or how their own operations function any longer. Absolutely disgraceful, the postal service just continues to degrade, and just when I think it can't get any worse or any slower, it does...
Anyone else experience tracking issues or other problems with mailing their paper return using the postal service this year??
