What exactly is wrong? We can probably explain what happened.
Income cannot be miscalculated by the program since it is wholly based on the user's data entries. So which income did they say was incorrect or missing.
To contact TurboTax (TT) support:

In the search line enter some keywords or question without quotes. On the next page, skip the suggested topic links and scroll down until you see CALL US. It should show the wait times. Week days 5 AM - 5 PM Pacific time. Free support is not available to Free Edition users. You will have to upgrade to talk to a representative.
As others have said, it's unlikely that TurboTax (TT) made a mistake on your gross income/total income. That all comes from user input.
If you got an IRS notice that said you reported incorrect income, it's most likely because the IRS received copy of a tax form that you failed to report (W-2 or1099). The IRS letter should explain what's missing. It also provides a phone number to contact for questions.
no one else has reported a miscalculation of gross income. so it's far more likely you entered something incorrectly or omitted something. the IRS compared what it has with what was on your return and made correction(s) for errors or omissions. you should get a notice from it in 2 to 3 weeks explaining the changes.
