Sounds like $40 for Federal, $40 for State, and $40 for Pay with Refund. You can avoid that final $40 by paying the TT fees with a debit or credit card. And there is usually an Early Bird discount that expires at the end of Feb. You could have paid by then to lock in the lower price, and then file when you are ready. That's what I do every year.
