Anybody else have their expert leave them hanging?

Had great luck with the full service last year and wanted to try it again this year. I was offered the same agent as last year but he was a few days out and I wanted to be proactive and not waste any time, big mistake.

Fast forward to yesterday, after hours of video calls and 30+ documents uploaded, my expert tells me she can't file my return citing reasons that I don't have documentation that I'm an scorp (mind you I filed a form 2553 and have multiple documentations showing) Also, I already filed my s corp taxes for the year. 

Anyhow, I reached out to Turbotax who stated they'd call me today to try and get me reassigned with the gentleman from last year and no call. Has anyone else had issues like this before? I'm comfortable filing myself, but defeats the purpose and can't see myself ever returning given this happening.
