Anybody able to import Binance yearly tax report in csv file into TurboTax online?

I followed the instruction in this page: https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/cryptocurrency/import-cryptocurrency-tra...
and then follow the instructions for BinanceUS to export csv file, then import it to TurboTax  but after about 20 minutes, the Turbotax report that it can't import the file
