annuity and unemployment

Hello,

Over 10 years ago i rolled over a 401k plan to a qualified IRA  then set up an income annuity which i started receiving income in April of 2020. I am presently working however will be laid off shortly due to the coronavirus.  Would you know if this will disqualify me from unemployment?

That is a question to ask the payer of the unemployment.    Unemployment paid by the state has different rules in each state.
