Amending return 2021

I'm honestly getting aggravated and don't think I'll use turbo taxes after this if this issue is not fixed. i need to amend my 2021 amend and when i try to download the 2021 system in my product file there's nothing to click.  how can i amend my 2021?

Did you use this procedure to access the 2021 tax return and then click on Amend

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Start the 2024 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.

On the Tax Home webpage -

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year 2021 and Click on Amend (change) 2021 return

1. Download your .tax file
2. Then download TurboTax Desktop 2021 for Windows or for Mac
3. Finally, open your .tax file using TurboTax Desktop 2021, and amend your return. Learn more
