Amending last year's (2023) form 7203

Hello,

My S-Corp was established with 10,000 shares/stocks in 2009.

I did not have form 7203 in 2021 & 2022.

2023 Form 7203 was filed with incorrect stock basis information.

To amend my 2023 Form 7203, how do I represent 10,000 stocks in $ values on line 1?

The stock value would be what you paid for it, the amount of money you and the other shareholders, if applicable, invested in the company. You can enter that amount on line 1 of Form 7203 that you can access by using the Forms menu option on your amended return program.
