Amended return not showing in IRS tool after 8 weeks

I amended my 2021 return and sent via certified mail. It arrived on March 30th. I have checked the IRS "Where's my Amended Return" tool every week since and it is still not in the system. https://www.irs.gov/filing/wheres-my-amended-return. The page says "Your amended return will take up to 3 weeks after you mailed it to show up on our system.".

Do I just keep waiting? Or send another return? I'm not sure what to do.

To anyone reading this in the future. I finally received my refund last week. 1/2/2024.
