'Amend using TurboTax Online' Button Does Not Do Anything

Tried from 3 different browsers, no AdBlockers of any type. The button does not do anything!

The desktop button doesn't work.  Tried mult browsers, cleared cookies/cache, etc.  Called support.  What we ended up trying and this worked:  You can amend it on a phone browser.  The "Amend online" button works on the phone, but not on the desktop version.  Frustrating, but at least it's a work around.

A user after you posted that using the TurboTax phone app worked.  You could try opening your 2024 return and re-saving it, then try Amending the resaved return.  It could be that the Amend function is not yet available, since this is the middle of the 2025 filing season.

There's no rush to Amend your return; it takes up to 12 weeks to process, either by Efile or Mail, and the IRS puts these on the back burner until the current tax season concludes.  If you decide to mail, you only need the 1040X and any documents related to changes you made (W-2, 1099's).
