Hi ,
I am an RN, but my son is a beneficiary from a Medicaid waiver program for home nursing benefit.
And I take some hours myself to take care of him, who lives with me. Thus I receive pay from the nursing agency for this. Is my income qualified for the Medicaid waiver payment so that it is not taxable?
I am unsure because the job is skilled nursing (license required), not personal care with no license requirement.
Need some advices here.
Thank you!

Yes, as long as the payments are paid through the Medicaid waiver program you can exclude the income for Difficulty-of-Care,
Thank you for the information. It is very helpful!
