I was non resident in 2019 so I filed my taxes with srintax as 1040 NR for 2019 and did not get the stimulus check 1 and 2.
But Now, I am on H1b and resident for tax purposes for year 2020. Am I eligible to claim stimus check 1 and 2 under "recovery rebate credit".
If so, Please suggest if turbotax can help me claiming that and If no, please suggest If turbo tax can help me apply for itin for my wife.
Thanks,

To be eligible for the Recovery Rebate Credit you need to be a U.S. citizen or U.S. resident alien in 2020 and have a Social Security number that is valid for employment.
You cannot be claimed as a dependent by someone else to be eligible.
Your credit amount will be reduced if your adjusted gross income (AGI) is more than:
Your payment will be reduced by 5% of the amount by which your AGI exceeds the applicable threshold above. (IRS FAQ Recovery Rebate Credit )
To claim the credit in TurboTax, please follow these steps:
Please see How do I apply for an ITIN? for details on how to apply for your wife's ITIN number. You will not be able to get the Recover Rebate Credit for your wife because of the ITIN.
