No. If your daughter and her family live with you, you simply have a family cost sharing arrangement, which is fine, and does not get entered on a tax return. But you cannot claim them as dependents. In order to file as Head of Household, you have to claim a qualified dependent.

If you qualify as Head of Household, when you enter your marital status (single or married filing separately) into MyInfo, and then enter your qualifying dependent, TurboTax will offer HOH as your filing status.
