Am I able to file my 2022 taxes with my 2023 federal taxes on turbo tax? I am asking for 2022 federal return only, I did my state taxes for 2022 last year.

Nope. See if you qualify for a free online version for 2022.

No, you can't prepare 2022 online. TurboTax is only for the current tax year, 2023.
