Already filed federal and only want to file State now, any way I can do that?

TurboTax does not offer a stand-alone state only product.  However, if you recreate your federal return within TurboTax and then do not file the federal return and are willing to mail your state into your specific Department of Taxation/Revenue it is possible to make it work.

You would still be charged for both a Federal and State product through TurboTax.
