What should each our our allowances be.
- our income is not similar
- we have one dependent, who should claim her?
- does the other person claim 0 or 1?

Very good questions. Fortunately, we have a very nifty calculator that can help you figure that out. You will probably need to run a few different scenarious and piece it together based on your income, etc. Good luck.
