All of my income is foreign, why can't I file electronically and only by mail?

If you have zero income on your return due to the exclusion, you cannot e-file with zero.  You would need to enter a dollar of interest income (as an example) to be able to e-file.

If you did an override on your tax return, you will not be able to e-file.
