If you have a return that requires an upgrade for any reason, you would be charged for that upgrade (possibly Deluxe)
Additionally, if you have chosen the Refund Processing Service, you would be charged a third-party charge for having your fees removed from your refund as opposed to paying for them out-of-pocket.
That would seem to approximate to the costs you have incurred.
If this is the case, you will not be able to complete the return without being charged said costs.
Please contact our Product Support team, explain your situation, and they may have a manual resolve for your issue.
