Today is Feb.18th, Cannot import from Vanguard Brokerage. Anyone having the same problem? or is it only me?

I'm having the same problem, specifically with the 'new brokerage' platform.  In 2018, I migrated my Vanguard investments to the 'new brokerage' platform, so in reporting 2018's tax information I must report dividends and interest from both the new and the old brokerage platform accounts.  Although TurboTax finds the data from the old brokerage platform it is not finding the data from the new platform when I import from "Vanguard Brokerage'.

I am having the same issue and today is the 25th of February. What is Turbotax doing about it???

My problem turned out not to be a TurboTax issue.  My problem was resolved when I spoke with my Vanguard rep, who discovered that a brokerage account I created in 2018 had an incorrect tax identification number.

It's March 2nd 2019 now. Forms from Vanguard mutual funds can be imported just fine, but there is no form for the Vanguard brokeage account even though the form is available at the vanguard.com. Can you share your experience how the problem is solved? My Vanguard brokerage account has been there for years and this issue just happens this year.

This is a TurboTax issue. Try searching the name Vanguard instead of clicking the Vanguard icon.
When you search for it, you will see the 2 options. One is the mutual account and the other one is the brokerage.
I called Vanguard and I was told many of their customers called them about the same issue.

Ah, thank you so much. The issue is solved now. I have to say the Vanguard icon shown as one of the popular financial institutes can lead you to believe that there is no distinction between Vanguard mutual fund and brokerage accounts.
