If you filed a 1040x for amendment, you must enter the original AGI from line 7 on your 1040 not from the 1040x even though that is technically the correct amount. Hope this helps

What are you entering a 2017 AGI for?  You can only e-file a 2019 return.  A 2017 AGI will not work to let you e-file a 2019 return.  In order to e-file 2019, you need a 2018 AGI.

And if you are trying to e-file a 2018 return using that 2017 AGI, e-filing is permanently closed for 2018--you cannot e-file it.  It has to be printed, signed and mailed.
