After printing my federal return, I noticed the amount on Schedule 1, taxable refunds, credits, or offsets of state and local income taxes was doubled. Is this a glitch?

What may have happened is your state tax refund from the previous year may have been carried over automatically, and you may have entered it again for some reason.

I suggest you look at your state tax payments to see if anything was duplicated, by using these menu tabs in TurboTax:

1. Deductions and credits
2. Estimates and other taxes paid
3. Visit All
4. Find the screen that says Estimates and Other Income Taxes Paid

Look through the options referencing state taxes and delete or correct anything that was entered incorrectly.
