additional ID verification issue

i mis-typed my license dob and got the yellow warning that dates appear to be reversed.

went back and corrected the mistake and now I can't proceed without getting the same warning.

I even went back and closed the program and restarted with same issue.

 

This is for Massachussettes.

    Have you tried logging out, clearing the cache and then logging back in to TurboTax to see if you can proceed?

    There is no way to "clear the cache" in the downloaded desktop version.  This is a common issue, and has been discussed here in multiple threads with no resolution *since February*
