Activation code?
I purchased and activated my 2020 Premier TurboTax in December of 2020. Since then, I have purchased an additional state from TurboTax, performed many product updates (thanks to the government & TurboTax), electronically filed federal and state taxes in two states in March (paid fees to TurboTax) and this evening when I tried to check on a future tax credit, it asked to perform an update, certainly nothing new but this time it requested an activation code! I have never had this happen before! TurboTax suggested I call Amazon! Anyone else in 2021 have a problem with the last update? How do you find a long ago used activation code?
