The only way I can think to do that is to install one program then use the switch product under the Help menu. But are you sure you need to do that? You can prepare and mail as many returns as you need to with the one program.

You can e-file up to five federal returns and three state returns with one program. Even if you could install another program, the IRS only permits five e-filed returns with self-prepared personal software.
