Hello.......This is Jose Alcazar code 438453...............Have not heard from my tax expert (Gerald) since he made an attempt on the 30th. Have sent him all my docs..................waiting w no answer. Can I possibly be connected to Denis or any other agent. Whats the procedure.? If I have to I will downgrade to premier or deluxe.

We cannot tell from your post whether you have TurboTax Live or the new Full Service version.
