account order information

On October 30, I received notice that an automatic order was going to be processed. It indicated a date of November 25 when the product would be available. I have received no further messages or any indication the order was processed. How do I determine the status. I need a receipt for the order and I have no way to get it. I can not request order information on the website since I do not have an order number.

Did your credit card get charged?  I don't understand the Nov 25 date.  If you are on the auto renew Advantage plan the download was available starting Nov 4.

Yes, the credit card was charged on November 6. I am not so much concerned with downloading the software yet, but thanks for the link. The download is available for me. For now I just want to get access to the receipt because I can get reimbursed for the purchase. 

 

As for the Nov 25 date, that was probably just their conservative estimate in case something went wrong, or maybe a generic message that accounts for people that request CDs.
