Account and password field missing when trying to import from Fidelity

I'm on macos sonoma 14.3. Software is Turbotax desktop version 2023.r18.022.

I'm trying to import my tax forms from Fidelity, but when I try to, I get the following form which does not have any fields to type in my account or password. When will the fix be made available?

How do i file for an extension if im missing a 1099R from the military? where and how do i guess that amount? I have to wait now up to 10 days for password via mail
