Account and password field missing when trying to import from Fidelity

I'm on macos sonoma 14.3. Software is Turbotax desktop version 2023.r18.022.

 

I'm trying to import my tax forms from Fidelity, but when I try to, I get the following form which does not have any fields to type in my account or password. When will the fix be made available?
