My Virginia state still saying incomplete? Why?

According to the State Forms availability table below most Virginia state forms are now available to e-file. Please try these steps below and see if it works for you to now file your State taxes. If it doesn't, you may have one of the forms on the table below that are not yet available. Also, please make sure your Federal Tax Return has been e-filed and accepted before you can e-file your state.

1. Login to your TurboTax account.
2. In the Welcome Home box, click Visit My Tax Timeline at the bottom.
3. In the SOME THINGS YOU CAN DO section, click Add a state.
4. Click on the State Taxes tab.
5. Click Continue to start or complete your state taxes.
6. Click Done with State.
7. Continue through the flow to review and file your state taxes
