So you haven't talked to the MS DOR? They are just saying they don't want to be bothered in the first 7 days, but it's well after that now, so you can talk to them. If it were me, that would be my next step. It should be easier and faster than talking to TurboTax Support. TurboTax Support may be harder to reach and may just say to phone MS DOR first. If MS DOR says they have it, then you won't need TurboTax Support.

For comparison, the IRS refund tool frequently tells people it can't find their Federal return info. Perhaps that MS state refund lookup tool is not 100% accurate either.
