Accessing rejected taxes for 2021

I am unable to amend my 2021 taxes. When I go back to my account, Turbo Tax says no files are found. The screen shows error:190 and I am unable to download any information I have submitted to even print and file by paper. Yet another screenshot shows the taxes were filed, pending then rejected. I have paid for the Premier coverage and have spent $326 and have not been able to resolve it. When somehow I did get a live person, not long after I originally filed, I was on the phone for 3 hours and passed along from person to person because they didn't know how to resolve the problem. Please help to move forward...

The reply given is partially helpful. I was finally able to find my federal taxes and download them to MY COMPUTER, but can't find my state taxes(TWO). You ask me to uninstall my original Turbo Tax program, which I did. I installed a new program with "Amend" as instructed. It will not download my original federal taxes into the new Turbo tax program for me to fix. Also, it is now asking that I pay again for another state in order to file. I have paid previously: TTX Live Premier - $169, Max Benefits - $49, TTX for TWO states at $54 each totaling $326 Why is this so very difficult? This issue is NOT resolved.
