access to turbo tax program after the disc was installed

I installed the disc and the system showed successful installation however i  can not access the program. i have reinstalled the program with no success. can you help me?

What operating system are you using, Windows or Mac?  If Mac then remove the CD from the drive after the program has been installed.

What happens when you launch the program?  Any error messages?  Does it ask you for the License Code to Activate?  It usually should first check for updates.

After you install it try rebooting your computer.  If you have the CD try downloading the program instead.  There should be instructions on how to get the download.
