Why can't I log in? I keep getting the message, access denied.

    I have used Turbo Tax for several years. Never a single problem. I didn't file my return in 2018 and am now trying to do that. I keep getting a message "access denied on this server". I have tried (3) different servers and still can't login. HELP!!!!!!

    Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

    Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
