I applied for my tax refund with turbotax, but I missed something about the fees. I clicked on that tab because there is a 100 dollar coupon in Deluxe memberships, but now I see that the fee to be deducted is almost 168 dollars, which seems like a lot to me, and the 100 dollar coupon has not been deducted from this price and there is no coupon. I did not receive the feedback. Is this fee normal?

Then you should use the websites available for contacting TurboTax support.

No, there is no chat function. Those are message websites where you enter your question or problem and then a support agent will reply as they become available to answer.
