About tax status

Because of the epidemic, I was unemployed for the whole year of 2021 and lived on savings at home. In 2021, I also traded stocks every day, but my annual income was less than 10,000 yuan. I've heard that there are two types of tax filing status, stock trader and investor. Then should I fill in Unemployment or Trader or Investor. I don't have any tax-deductible expenses. Stock trader or investor are not filing statuses. They are occupations that you enter on your tax return. The occupation you enter has no effect whatsoever on your tax return. They are for information purposes only.

So, feel free to put in the occupation that you like.

There is a distinction between investors, dealers and traders, depending on whether you trade stocks as a business or not.
