Go to IRS.gov; Click 'Pay; Select an option you can afford to use without further violations.

Thank you! Just paid in full. Will I get billed a late fee at some point?

Possibly, but don't worry about it. 1) Nothing you can do; 2) Fees are incredibly small, when/if imposed; 3) Unless you owed thousand$, would take more time/effort to pursue than is worth the effort.
