A e filed tax return rejected multiple times and it was suggested that I should print and mail. What happened to $25 e file processing fee? Do I get a refund?

There is no additional fee to e-file a federal return, beyond the fees to use Turbotax itself. There is an additional fee to e-file state tax returns if you are using the desktop program installed on your own computer. If you paid the fee and the state is blocking you from e-filing and you can't fix the problem, contact customer support for a refund of the fee.
