A 30 page print out!

WTF have you linked 30 pages for my file by mail printout? Several of which say, keep for your records. If I am printing out to mail to the IRS and to the CA tax franchise board why complicate the process and make me guess which fking pages need to be filed?!! Your UI is unbelievably unintuitive and unuser-friendly. Why am I paying you for such a frustrating and agonizing experience that should be fking seamless?FKing hell!!

Or....in the CD/download did you choose File by Mail before you printed it?

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses.  Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
