No, when you enter your Form  1099-DIV, you can do the following:

  1. After entering your Form 1099-DIV, you will see a screen that says "Tell us more about your exempt interest dividends"
  2. Click on the box that says "I earned exempt-interest dividends in more than one state"
  3. Under "State" click on the drop down menu and scroll to the bottom and select "Multiple States"
