Unfortunately, you'll need to phone Customer Support again for assistance.   Maybe they can just place the download software in your Online account instead of having you do it that way.

You can use the same phone number, or you can use this method.

Use the form at the link below to schedule a call back, or it may provide a number.  Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern) 7 days/week.

Where the form asks what product you are using, be sure in the dropdown form to indicate "CD/download" and the proper operating system, then indicate which Edition.

6 digit code has expired but I didn't download the software successfully

I bought a CD but no CD driver on my computer, so I called turbotax help to send me a 6 digit code to install online, however, for some reason the install didn't work, I tried to redo the install but it said the code has expired, how should I do?

Thanks ! I called the contact number and they sent me the code again.  A reminder to anyone who ask for the 6 digit code, don't close the web page until you make sure the download is successfully completed, the code can only use ONE time.
